This policy explains what Greenlit collects, how we use it, and the third parties involved. Greenlit is operated by Greenlit.
1. What we collect
- Account — your email and profile name, via our authentication provider.
- Usage — ideas you unlock, planner conversations, and bundles you generate, so we can provide the service and enforce fair-use limits.
- Payments — handled by Paddle; we receive transaction metadata (not card numbers).
- Newsletter — if you subscribe, your email is stored and sent to our email provider.
2. How we use it
To operate the product (accounts, unlocks, generation), enforce limits, process payments, send the newsletter and service emails you opt into, and improve Greenlit.
3. Service providers
We share the minimum necessary with providers that run Greenlit:
- Supabase — database and authentication.
- Vercel — hosting and analytics.
- Paddle — payments and tax (Merchant of Record).
- Beehiiv — newsletter delivery.
- Anthropic (via Vercel AI Gateway) — AI generation of planning and build specs.
4. Retention
We keep account and usage data while your account is active. You can delete your account by contacting us; we'll remove your personal data except where retention is legally required.
5. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing us. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time via the link in any issue.
6. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and privacy-friendly analytics to understand aggregate usage. We do not sell your personal data.
