Greenlit sells digital products delivered instantly. Payments and refunds are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record.
One-time idea unlocks ($9)
An unlock gives you immediate access to an idea's full market data and build-bundle generation. Because it's delivered instantly, unlocks are generally non-refundable once used. If an unlock failed to deliver or the data was materially broken, email us within 7 days and we'll make it right or refund it.
Pro subscription ($29/month)
You can cancel anytime from your account; cancellation stops the next renewal and you keep access until the end of the current period. If you're unhappy, contact us within 7 days of a charge and we'll consider a refund for that period, especially where the service wasn't used.
How to request
Email support@greenlit.build with your account email and the charge in question. Paddle may also surface refund options on your receipt. Approved refunds return to your original payment method.
