By accessing or using Greenlit at https://greenlit.build, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. About Greenlit
Greenlit is a directory of validated SaaS ideas backed by market data, plus an AI planner that turns an idea into a build-ready specification (product requirements, technical spec, and agent rule files). Greenlit is operated by Greenlit ("Greenlit", "we").
2. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Greenlit you confirm that you are at least 18, have the authority to enter this agreement, and will comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.
3. Plans and billing
- Free — browse the directory and preview every idea. No payment required.
- Unlock — a one-time $9 payment unlocks one idea's full market data and lets you generate its build bundle.
- Pro — $29/month for unlimited idea unlocks and validation of your own ideas, subject to a fair-use limit of roughly 20 build-bundle generations per day.
Payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record and handles billing, tax, and receipts. We do not store your card details. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled.
4. Market data is guidance, not a guarantee
Greenlit compiles signals from third-party sources and produces scores and estimates (for example, build complexity, cost, and timeline are AI-generated estimates and are labelled as such). This information is provided to help you make decisions — it is not a guarantee of demand, revenue, or success. You are responsible for your own diligence and build decisions.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Scrape, resell, or redistribute Greenlit's directory data or metrics.
- Share account credentials or circumvent plan limits with automated tools.
- Use Greenlit for unlawful purposes or to infringe third-party rights.
6. Intellectual property
Greenlit's interface, brand, and compiled market data are our property. The build bundles you generate from your own inputs and planning are yours — you own the PRD, tech spec, agent rules, and task list produced for you and may use them to build.
7. Disclaimers and liability
Greenlit is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Greenlit or reliance on its data or generated outputs.
8. Cancellation and termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms; we'll note significant changes in-product or by email. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
